Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Elysian Lux Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us") relating to the supply and installation of protective films for surfaces including but not limited to marble, wood, glass, and stone.

By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Elysian Lux provides:

• Supply of premium protective films
• Surface preparation and professional installation
• Post-installation guidance and aftercare support

All services are delivered based on project specifications agreed in writing.

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Pricing is based on surface area (m²), material type, and site conditions.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.

Full payment must be completed prior to or immediately upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed.

For developer or bulk projects, payment milestones may be agreed contractually.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

The Client shall:

• Ensure surfaces are accessible and ready for installation
• Provide accurate measurements and project details
• Ensure site conditions are suitable (clean, dust-free, and safe environment)
• Inform Elysian Lux of any pre-existing damage prior to installation

Failure to meet these conditions may affect installation quality and timelines.

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site readiness and environmental conditions.

Elysian Lux reserves the right to postpone installation if conditions are deemed unsuitable.

Minor bubbles or visual distortions immediately after installation are normal and typically resolve within a curing period.

Elysian Lux provides a limited warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects in film materials
• Installation defects under normal usage conditions

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper cleaning
• Wear and tear beyond normal usage
• Third-party modifications or tampering

Warranty period: [Insert Duration – e.g., 12–24 months]

Elysian Lux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing surface defects or damages revealed during installation.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled installation may be rescheduled without penalty.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Clients must follow provided aftercare instructions, including:

• Avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools
• Allowing proper curing time before use

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may void warranty.

For developers and bulk installations:

• Separate agreements or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may apply
• Project timelines, access, and coordination must be agreed in advance
• Site readiness and handover schedules are the responsibility of the developer

All materials, branding, and documentation provided by Elysian Lux remain the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without consent.

Elysian Lux shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – e.g., Kenya / UAE].

By confirming a booking, making payment, or allowing installation to proceed, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
